Solitude

Water Cans

Color, Material, Finish

Symmetry & Balance

HomeDecor

Solitude reimagines the watering can as a minimalist sculpture, blending utility with organic art. Its monolithic silhouette and low center of gravity replace industrial clutter with a fluid, grounded form.

Designed for prominent display, the piece transforms plant care into a meditative ritual, encouraging users to slow down and find harmony within their living space.

Designed for client Harshdeep Hortico LTD.

Materiality and Contrast

The design features a granular, stone-like texture in an earthy clay palette, offering a tactile connection to nature and a secure, non-slip grip. This raw, organic body is sharply contrasted by matte black precision hardware. This interplay of materials ensures the object is as premium to the touch as it is to the eye, turning a chore into a sensory experience.

Functional Harmony

Precision for Modern Living

Engineered for the indoor gardener, Solitude utilizes a wrap-around handle and mineral-composite materials for versatile, ergonomic use. The spout provides a gentle, rain-like flow ideal for delicate greenery and balcony settings. Ultimately, the project elevates a basic tool into a symbol of reflection, making the act of watering a deliberate and harmonious domestic ritual.
